Our inaugural movement sends us to the enchanting
shores of Lake Garda, Italy.
July 17-24, 2027
This highly curated week will move between dynamic rehearsals and cultural exploration, with sacred space to stretch musically, gather over exquisite cuisine, and make room for the unexpected.
Perhaps most notably, we are thrilled to be joined by guest clinician and world-renowned pianist Jimmy Chiang. A conductor with the Vienna Boys Choir and an accomplished international artist, Mr. Chiang brings a remarkable depth of experience and perspective to what promises to be an exhilarating week of musical immersion.
Part of the magic of Miramia is access—to extraordinary artists, remarkable places and experiences rarely encountered on an ordinary itinerary. Every detail surrounding the music is considered with equal care, and the result is an experience that feels both effortless and exceptional.
Thoughtfully orchestrated but never overprogrammed, the Miramia experience pairs the joy of music with the freedom of travel, while leaving room for whatever might unfold along the way. In the months before we arrive, our community will come together virtually to begin building the relationships that will make our time abroad all the more meaningful.
THE EXPERIENCE
$4,300 per person (non-inclusive of airfare)
Your residence includes hotel accommodations, transportation throughout the week, most meals, three curated excursions, rehearsals, master classes and performance experiences, as both musicians and audience members. You will also be invited to a series of virtual gatherings leading up to our time together in Italy.
Teachers and students may opt to receive 3 graduate credits towards continuing education.
